ParentsWeb is a private and secure parents’ portal that will allow parents to view information specific to their children, while protecting their children’s information from others. The information you can see relative to your children may vary by division, but the basics that you will see are an online directory, schedule, all-school announcements, lunch menu, etc. You can also manage any demographic updates from this community. If you have changes in address, phone numbers, email, etc. throughout the year, we ask that you login to ParentsWeb and update the changes using the Family Demographic Form located under “School Information – Web Forms.” Questions about what you can see relative to each division should be directed to the Division Assistant in that division.

Please note: ParentsWeb has undergone security enhancements over the summer. Please read the following information to login or to establish your account with ParentsWeb. 

For current parents:
1. If you do not share an email address with another person, you may continue logging in as you did last year. Initially, your username is your email address. You may click on the "Forgot Password?" link in the event you cannot remember your password. Once you are logged into ParentsWeb, you may change your username.

2. If you share an address with another person, your email address has been modified with a -2 at the end of the email address, for example, xyz@gmail.com-2. This ensures every user has a unique username. Initially, your username is your email address with the added -2 characters. You may click on the "Forgot Password?" link in the event you cannot remember your password. Once you are logged into ParentsWeb, you may change your username.

For new parents or current parents who never established a login with ParentsWeb:

The Media Gallery is a private, online photo gallery from which you can order photos. The School takes many pictures throughout the year, and you can now download or purchase photos for your personal use. This is a password-protected gallery, but if you would like to share the password with grandparents, please do. Our primary goal is to ensure that our families are not exposed to the general populations.  Click on the “Media Gallery” button at the right to view photos. You can access the password by logging into ParentsWeb.
