Instructions for accessing the online communities of All Saints' Episcopal School:

ParentsWeb is a private and secure parents’ portal that will allow parents to view information specific to their children, while protecting their children’s information from others. The information you can see relative to your children may vary by division, but the basics that you will see are an online directory, schedule, all-school announcements, lunch menu, etc. You can also manage any demographic updates from this community. If you have changes in address, phone numbers, email, etc. throughout the year, we ask that you login to ParentsWeb and update the changes using the Family Demographic Form located under “School Information – Web Forms.” Questions about what you can see relative to each division should be directed to the Division Assistant in that division.

Here’s how to access our easy-to-use RenWeb ParentsWeb:

• Click on the “Parent Community” button at the right.

• A new window will open and you will use the following to login or establish your login for the first time.

• Log in as follows:

1. Type as-tx for the School ID.

2. Click the Submit button.

3. Click the First Time Users tab if you have not logged in to RenWeb before. If you have, skip to Step 6.

4. Enter your email address that you provided to the School.

5. Click the New User button. You will receive an email containing your password within 3 minutes (to the email address you entered, which must be the same email address that you provided to the School).

6. Click the Parents tab.

7. Enter the password assigned.

8. Click the Parent Login button.

You should now be logged in to the School Information home page of ParentsWeb. To learn more about ParentsWeb, click the Tour the New ParentsWeb button to take a 6-minute video tour.

Note: If you are on a dial-up connection and experience long delays in loading the web pages, please select the Dial-up option on the Parents login page before clicking the Parent Login button. This will take you to a dial-up version of ParentsWeb that contains the same information but in a dial-up-friendly environment that requires fewer graphics.

The Media Gallery is a private, online photo gallery from which you can order photos. The School takes many pictures throughout the year, and you can now download or purchase photos for your personal use. This is a password-protected gallery, but if you would like to share the password with grandparents, please do. Our primary goal is to ensure that our families are not exposed to the general populations.  Click on the “Media Gallery” button at the right to view photos. You can access the password by logging into ParentsWeb.

For families who have never logged into the iPhone App, you can access the link at the right to establish your login. Click on the “iPhone App” button, select the Forgot Your Login? First Time Logging In? link under the username and password fields and follow the prompts to retrieve your password. Please note: your login will be different from your ParentsWeb login. These are two separate databases and do not work together. From the App, you can view an online directory, calendar and athletics information.
